A simple New Year’s practice inspired by Rosh Hashanah: say it out loud. Name what you’re working on — to HaShem, to yourself, to someone you trust, or even by recording it and watching it next year. Making it public, in some form, gives intention weight. The solar New Year is another chance to reflect, declare direction, and grow with honesty and care.
